The late Mike Earll spent a lifetime constructing model warships. The collection runs to hundreds of models. Collectors who are interested in any of the models should contact me by email for further details. The models are constructed to the scale 1:1200 or 1:600 and are made from balsa wood.
I have been photographing ships since the mid 1960s and buses since the mid 1970s. I now have a collection in excess of 20,000 images,ships and 15000 images,buses. My collection of railway photographs includes a small number of colour and black and white photos taken back in the early 1960s prior to the demise of BR steam. I also have a small collection of diesel and electric colour photos and in addition to this I take photos of the current railway scene. My intention with this blog is to let ship,bus and rail enthusiasts see some of the photographs which are in the collection.
